Garage Doors and More

Since the roller door was installed July 2024 it makes cracking sounds and I have the noisiest garage door in the complex!The paint is starting to be scratched off.I received a Whatsapp for maintenance R1250 but the battery is also not working during power failures!I've send a video and photos of the garage door and no response on my complaint received!
