FALSE ADVERTISING

I purchased a promotion stating I was buying 2 x 1.2m rails. Clearly and blatantly advertised as such, only 1 arrived. I phoned to ask for assistance, and I was told the description doesn't match the advertising and this was their mistake however, they'll do nothing for me. So I guess they are happy to Falsely advertise and treat customers like idiots.
