Health Threat at West Coast Village

The manner in which Garden Cities ensures compliance with the Smoking of Tobacco products is non-existent. You are making it clear to all users of West Coast Village that South Africa is a lawless country. There I was buying water at Hydrate Water and found myself to be overpowered by cigarette smoke coming from a guy sitting right outside of the Five Star Mediterranean Barber Shop smoking. When asked to leave and why he was not complying with the no smoking signage it was more important for him to highlight that the cigarette is almost finished than to comply. This after being informed that I have Asthma. I'm sure the staff working at Hydrate Water are also suffering but they might be to afraid to complain. Please note the Rental Housing Act 50 of 1999 requires both the Property Owner, Intermediary, and Tenant to comply with RSA Legislation.
