Patient care should be first

My mom had to go see Dr Charlton (Block A). There is no elevator available for clients that cannot climb stairs. Dr Charlton had to bring all his equipment downstairs to assist and do checks on my mom IN THE PASSAGEWAY where it is unhygienic, people walking past and distracting. This is not a calm environment to be able to conduct testing on patients on the ground floor passageway.
