Garden Court Kimberly needs to move with the times it looks cheap and dated

The hotel furniture is dated,the carpets are old and stained.there are no fridges provided in the swltering heat,I was charged R600 to move to aroom with a small bar fridge without a freezer for my three day stay.No bottled water and lotion provided.I guess is expected to drink tap water in the bathroom
