"Miracle stones" supplement fertilizer
I recently bought a 50kg bag of 3:2:1 fertilizer and a 50kg bag of LAN from GG I have now spread part of the 3:2:1 on the lawn. The actual fertilizer has now been soaked into the lawn, but hundreds of tiny stones have remained behind. I took a 500g sample from the bag and separated out the stones. The sample was found to contain 100g of stones. This means that in a 50kg bag, there are 10kg of stones. Can you please contact your supplier and ask for an explanation for this fraudulent behavior. I have not opened the LAN yet and sincerely hope that I don’t find the same issue. Supporting pictures available show the 500g sample and the 100g stones that were extracted. I expect a reply to my mail and what you intend doing to rectify this situation.

Yeah so basically this place is a scam. I ordered stuff, they said it's on the way. never arrived, called for a refund after 3 months of not getting my stuff and they promising it coming.. no refund either.

FRAUDULENT GARDEN SUPPLIER - CONTACT PAYFAST IMMEDIATELY - SUCCESSFUL REFUND
I placed an order and then never heard back from them like everyone else, but I contacted Payfast 7 days after I ordered and the company authorised a refund to me!

Deplorable service and will now be contacting Payfast to arrange a refund. I placed an order on November 11th, 2020. Followed up on December 2nd, 2020, after weeks of no delivery, was promised delivery on December 5th, 2020. Today, 4 months after placing the order, their numbers go unanswered. Don’t waste your money with this company.

Deplorable service and will now be contacting Payfast to arrange a refund. I placed an order on November 11th, 2020. Poor, unreliable service and commitments.
Order fertilizer online 24 Feb 2021. Delivery promised 8 Feb, latest 9 Feb. Nothing....Their website states delivery between 5-10 days from payment received. Now going for 2 weeks. The lady said the fertilizer is still at the warehouse....I frequently buy items online and even deliveries 600 km away from me take 1-2 days. This is poor service and even after their own commitment nothing happened- no call to explain....just plain nothing. Another rip off???
