Very bad service

Before we accepted the quote for grass my husband asked the owner to check our water pressure. The owner confirmed the pressure was fine for him to install the irrigation system. Needless to say the irrigation system doesn’t work because of low pressure and the owner is not accepting responsibility and the grass is being affected and not growing around the edges. He’s not answering calls despite stating 8 year guarantee on account.
