Delivered near empty gas bottle and charged full price
I ordered a 49KG gas bottle for Gas for Africa, and to my dismay it lasted no longer than 4 hours, so I contacted them, they used all excuses in the world to say its not their fault they even sent a leak detection guy, but no leaks.So asked them for refund, they only refunded me for the bottle,,,,

05 Jul 2018, 07:15The cylinder in question was ordered by Lee Michau Financial Services. A full sealed 48kg cylinder from Totalgaz was delivered on 15 May 2018. On 10 June 2018 we received an email from above customer stating that she only used the fireplace 4 times for a short period of time. We did everything in our power to make sure that the customer does not maybe have a gas leak and the cylinder was collected and send to TOTALGAZ for testing. The results of the test was send to Lee Michau Financial Services. The test results and 34 e-mails are available for review on request. We offered the customer a replacement cylinder at a discounted price, but she refused it. We refunded the cylinder deposit.
