Bad service

Three days now I have been waiting for a qoute to install a gas geyser everyday I get promised that they will come today. Yesterday 25 Nov I visited the shop in Klerksdorp was there for about 10 minutes nobody offered to help or even greeted me.They phoned me to tell me the technition will be there on 26 Nov. I am waiting.<br>
