Shady Business Dealings
SERVICE PROVIDERS AND CUSTOMERS BEWARE! This brand has failed to pay for marketing services rendered along with leaving over R6 000 worth of google ads unpaid, they refuse to settle the outstanding amounts and have in essence ghosted us from all communications. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

SERVICE PROVIDERS AND CUSTOMERS BEWARE! This brand has failed to pay for marketing services rendered along with leaving over R6 000 worth of google ads unpaid, they refuse to settle the outstanding amounts and have in essence ghosted us from all communications. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Buyer BEWARE!!!
Arrogant, rude and argumentative business owner. Out of a total of 5 doors (3 being stacker) and 21 windows installed at my home in Kommetjie, all leaked and have caused both internal and external wall and paint damage. Overall lack of attention to detail. The quality of the product itself is below par. The glass I was told by the owner himself, is recycled. Unfortunately, it scratches far too easily. Although a certificate of compliance was provided to the builder, I see no safety glazing identification marks on the relevant panes as stated therein. I am in the process of getting the glass verified by a 3rd party. Stay away from them at all costs!!!!

Worst company work and dead end if you use them.
This is the worst company to deal with.they were so unprofessional where their work concern.i will never recommend this company for any work.you will waist your money to use this gaster aluminium.repairs was supposed to be done and all empty promises and excuses.stay away from this nightmare company.

Terrible
Had an independent manufacturer come look at the panels they installed. They said that the installation by Gaster Aluminium was "completely unprofessional". The panels were installed incorrectly and one was even installed the wrong way around. Owner has completely stopped communication despite their promise of guaranteed workmanship.

Doing my part here to help more people avoid doing business with these ****MERS!! The owner is completely immature and just stops communicating the minute they realise they cannot fix the installation that they GUARANTEED WORKMANSHIP ON FOR 2 YEARS. Listen to the negative reviews people... these guys are decrepit.
