Good day. On Friday 25 April 2025 I contacted Gaurenteed Electrical regarding our electric cable that was ****** Wednesday 23 April 2025. Spoke to Armand and he agreed to come and help us with the cable. He gave us a small amount to pay because we didnt have alot of money and the ****** cable wasnt our fault. We waited for him on Saturday 26 April 2025, and everytime he had an excuse. Yesterday when I phoned him he sent me a rude message. So this company is not reliable. Makes empty promises and gives people false hope. We are still without electricity because we trusted him. Municipality dont want to help before we pay!!
