<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I am writing this request to your office once again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have requested a quotation from your company on 2 February 2017 (as my fridge stopped producing ice).</p> <p>On 4 February 2017 the technician (Blessing) came to determine the fault. He then informed me that it is the ice machine that stopped working and that he will have to replace this. He indicated to me that the ice maker is R3000 and my total will be R3400.</p> <p>On 6 February 2017 the technician (Blessing) came and replaced my ice maker.</p> <p>On 7 February I contacted Blessing and informed him that my fridge is still not producing ice. He made a appointment with me for the 10th of February 2017 at 10:00.</p> <p>On 10 February I contacted blessing after 10:00 and he indicated to me that he is running late and will only be there at 12:00. Long after 12:00 Blessing came out again and informed me that the actual problem was the fans. (Which he fixed according to him).</p> <p>On 13 February I contacted your office and spoke to a acting manager about the whole problem and he indicated that he understands and will talk to the technician. Just after 14:00 on 13 February Blessing contacted me and we had a lengthy discussion where after I agreed to give him one final chance to fix the fridge on 18 February 2017 at 10:00.</p> <p>On 18 February 2017 10:15 I tried contacting the technician but he did not answer the phone. At 12:00 and after many phone calls blessing informed me that he can no longer come as his bakkie was stolen. This I accepted as a valid excuse and we agreed that he will come on the 22nd of February at 10:00. I further indicated to blessing that if he cancels again I will request a full refund and I will not give him the 3rd opportunity to correct this mistake. He agreed to this.</p> <p>On 22 February 2017 just before 10:00 blessing contacted me and informed me that he can no longer come today as his wife went into labour earlier that day. I once again accepted this as a valid excuse. We agreed that he will come on 25 February 2017 at 10:00. I further indicated to him that if he is not there on the 25th of February at 10:00 I will not accept any other excuses and he will have to give me a refund. He agreed to this.</p> <p>On 25 February 2017 at 12:31 Blessing contacted me and informed me that he is standing in front of my house. I indicated to him that I want the refund as per agreement whereby he informed me that he did not come with the refund money. I told him that he must make a plan and that he cannot be allowed to take the (replaced) ice maker until he give me the refund money. (This I told him telephonically) and then he hanged up the phone whilst I was still talking to him. I was not at home and I requested my father to attend to him. My father told him the same as I did and he left.</p> <p>On 27 February 2017 I contacted your company again to request this refund and explain this position. I was only allowed to talk to the acting manager. No one can tell me who the manger or owner is. He indicated to me that he will contact the technician and get back to me. (Never did he).</p> <p>On 27 February 2017 at 12:15 Blessing contacted me and informed me that Prince from the office had just spoken to him and he can understand that I will be upset. He indicated to me that he will come on 1 March 2017 at 13:00 to give me the refund. He further indicated to me that he is only going to give me R2800 as R600 are for Petrol. (Meaning I have to pay to still have no working fridge that is now in a worst of state than it was before as the fans are now making noise that it did not make before) and also give him a R3000 unit whilst only getting R2800. I strongly disagreed to this with him as per reasons above. I told him I want the full refund and we agreed that he will come on 1 March 2017 at 10:00. After this phone call I contacted your office numerous times and did not receive a single answer. </p> <p>On 1 March 2017 at 09:04 I contacted blessing to confirm our appointment at 13:00. He indicated to me that he is just busy and will contact me as soon as he leaves the site. However 13:15 I contacted blessing and asked where he is and what time he will come. He indicated to me that he is to busy and cannot come and wanted to reschedule to Saturday “(Once again). I indicated to him that all he does is reschedule appointments and I am getting the idea that he is running away with my money. I requested him once again to come today \(1March) as I really need to Have my fridge repaired tomorrow. He however once again hanged up the phone.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Still today 1 March 2017 my fridge is still not producing ice and I paid R3400 for “more damage”.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I have paid the technician an amount of R3400.00</p> <p> </p> <p>I am requesting a refund in terms of my money paid for this service as the fridge is still not working and I cannot continue allowing technicians to open my fridge if they do not know what is wrong.
