Appalling customer service and ****mers

*Warning: Avoid Gauteng Car Sound and Security at all costs!*

I visited Gauteng Car Sound and Security on Friday, October 17th to install a reverse camera on my vehicle. After waiting 6 hours, they claimed they couldn't finish the job and told me they'd complete it on Monday. When I collected my vehicle, I was appalled to see that they'd:

- Broken the clips at the back of my vehicle - Used double-sided tape to hold the camera in place

I expressed my dissatisfaction and refused to pay, citing the damage and incomplete installation. The sales team insisted I would have to pay despite my concerns.

On Monday, I returned to find out the installation still wasn't complete, and I was told I'd have to wait all day. After requesting a refund, Ashveer from the company assured me he'd process it. However, it's been weeks, and I've yet to receive my refund.

Ashveer kept me updated, but it became clear that the company was struggling to take responsibility for the damage caused by their staff. They've since removed the camera and wiring, leaving me without a functional system.

*Moral of the story:* Avoid Gauteng Car Sound and Security at all costs. Their workmanship is subpar, and their customer service is *************. Don't fall victim to their incompetence.
