Not satisfied

I booked very early for my learner license on their website and they told me that they couldn’t verify my details, i sent them a clear copy of my ID on their WhatsApp number and they said they’ll check into it, it has been a whole 2 months without any update on the booking process so I asked for a refund and if u do not receive my full refund, there will be consequences, they asked me to resend a picture of my ID and it has been 2 more months and I still haven’t received any feedback
