Best service, quality and professionalism
Gotta say, was searching for the perfect car but everywhere I went the service was terrible. Mohammed from GMC calls me on a vehicle I was interested in and in a snap of finger everything was done. Top tier service, very professional, absolutely stunning cars and very honest. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to their new set of wheels.

i bought a car from this dealership 30km later the engine got a knock, I understand buying a 2nd hand car is risky but its all that happened after that that will make me sick, after the car went to and frow to their *********** mechanics i decided to cancel the deal with them as this car was not trustworthy at all! i sent the mail to cancel the deal on the 12th of April until today i have to phone them to follow up on the cancelation and we are heading for the 3rd debit order going of my account that they wont reimburse they just don't answer their phones anymore ! I have bought close to twelve cars from dealers in my life but I've NEVER got such bad service in my life, I DONT RECOMEMND THIS DEALER AT ALL (CHECK THE PETROL AND FILL THE OIL DEALER) PATHETIC !

Disappointed...
I Sinethemba Gabada bought a 320i BMW E90 at Gauteng Motor last year late July or early August... October the car breaks down and it was the alternator, They told me the car has a 2 year warranty of which I made a claim from the Warranty Company. The warranty only covered a portion of the mechanical fault and I had to pay R2300 which was the balance for me to get the vehicle which I found to be a problem, Buying a Car and then a month or 2 it breaks down and 8 have to pay for repairs they promised were covered under warranty... They promised to reimburse me the same week, which hasn't happened until now.. they informed they can only reimburse me a R1000 which I agreed to but it seems I will never get that reimbur*****t... I am truly disappointed in their institution as I was planning to get another car from them this year but now I k ow their vehicles are not as mechanically sound as they claim and they never keep their word...

BAD after service
I bought a car for my daughter in January 2024. Got a good discount but the book value was in range with the discounted price. They took the car through road worthy test. After we picked up the car, we found that the wipers, spare tire were damaged. Battery was old and need to be replaced. Phoned them and they said they will change wipers and tire. Took the car in they changed the 2 items. We found out that the second tire was also damaged. The owner's reply was that we got the car at a discounted price... WOW!!.. Be careful.

BAD after service

Stellar service!
Great buying experience and stellar after-sales service. I dealt with three different team members who were all friendly, helpful, and professional. They were upfront about the issues with the car that they were aware of. There was an electrical problem and great care was given in resolving it. They also fixed a problem with the spare key at no cost. Buying a used vehicle can be a treacherous process but I found dealing with Gauteng Motor Center to be an excellent one!

Excellent service
What a spectacular experience I had with GMC. From choosing the car to finance assistance. I had already given up with car financing but GMC helped me out. I applaud them for their beautiful service.

Awesome service
Thank you gauteng motor centre. Mohammed was a great help from the moment i decided on my BMW. i came all the way from the northern cape and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them

Wrestling match over - Happy client.
