Poor service from Rental Housing Tribunal

Foe years whenever I try to call this Tribunal no one responds, I have a rental dispute at the moment and I have called so many times without any response. What is the point of a Rental Tribunal which does not attend to calls from the General Public, this is preposterous and against the Batho Pele principles. Please do better, we need quality services as the public.
