GSSC takes time to approve appointments, we have been waiting for approval of appointment, this is into month 3 of no payment. Struggling of no food, no transport money, no toiletries.

My husband hasn't been receiving his salary from June 2023. It apparently got paid in September but "bounced back". We were told to submit a form for an emergency payment but no money has been received and it's been 3 weeks now. How long does it take to pay something that is supposedly an emergency payment?? How are we expected to survive for 4 months without an income

My late mother past away last year 27/07/2022 all the relevant documentation was sent my documents were handled by Moses Mokwena who promised to provide feedback and upon contacting GEPF no documentation was received . Their employees are laxed and have no interest in assisting the public . They never adhere to their promised duty regardless of how it affects others. Lack of communication and empathy has been evident in the ups and down endured in an attempt to resolve this.

Gssc takes forever to foward documents to GEPF following resignation. I resigned in June and my documents were sent to Gssc from the hospital's HR. Gssc failed to thoroughly complete my documents and instead they were sent to GEPF missing some information. GEPF sent the documents back to Gssc in august, its being 2 month now and still Gssc didnt send my document back. I have been calling and transfered from 1 preson to another, sometimes even no answer whn calling. Until now I have no answers on what is happening, why were my documents not returned to GEPF

I have been trying to withdraw my pension fund from the GEPF for the last six months now with no sign of success. I am no longer employed in state and I believe that my pension is being held with out valid reason. I have jumped through all the hoops put in front of me and have been patient thus far but now my patience is at an end. The latest reason for my process being rejected (on the 30 July by Duduzile Ncobo as I was told by Maria) is two-fold

1. Choice form older than 6 months. (The date on this choice form was 13/02/2015 --- that would make today 6 month. How then could it have been rejected on 30 July for being older than 6 months. Even more suspect is how this form can even be TOO OLD in the first place)

2. Z1525 form not stamped - on the form in question there is no indication that a stamp is required --- only after much investigation could someone tell me that my financial advisor is supposed to stamp this form as well.

Lastly there is zero service. My financial advisor on my behalf is blocked overtime he seeks information and clarification and is told that tell will not deal with him and that I must contact them. When I do they brush me aside rudely.
