Scammer
Good morning all. I need some assistance please. My brother in law purchased a vehicle last year November from The peoples auction which was based in lenasia. Owner ****r Mohammed. In January he went to east gate mall and to his surprise the cops took the vehicle as it was reported stolen. He then contacted ****r from the police station and he said he will sort this matter out and pay my money back.i paid R85000 for a vehicle that was taken away. To date ****r avoids my calls and closed his branches in lenasia and boksburg. A case has been opened however his not at both the address. If anyone experienced this or anyone has any information plz help. We are tired of these scammers that want to rob innocent people.

wesbank online auction is a scam
wesbank vehicle auction is a scam they manipulate slot ,reserve slot or sell cars to their friends ,during viewing time you will see them running around with their friends ,i have placed a bid which I won and the online system state that I'm the highest bidder but when i went to the branch to query, the guy called Dion(branch manager) said that been the highest bidder doesn't mean that i won? which i don't understand ,he reverse this cars for his friends ,he kept me awaiting for 3 hours manipulating the system to remove me as a higher bidder and only to tell me that he cannot do anything .

Nazeer is a lier..lier....lier with people's money
PLEASE RUN AWAY from this business for your hard earned money..... Mohammed Nazeer is a pathetic lying unethical business man. He sold me a vehicle and promised to provide papers and keeps on lying that papers are coming and the seller was in overseas and his stories never end.....

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT, I BOUGHT A MAZDA PAID FOR IT CASH IN DECEMBER 2019, AND ****R WON'T GIVE ME MY CAR PAPERS. HE KEEPS SAYING AFTER SO SO DAYS AND WHENEVER I GO THERE TO COLLECT MY PAPERS ITS EITHER HE'S NOT THERE OR WON'T PICK UP MY CALLS.

I bought a car in 17 December 2019 (paid cash), from Gauteng Vehicle Auctioneers. They have been refusing to give me the registration papers for the my car till this day. Now they no longer answer my calls. I have no choice but to deal with this matter legally. DO NOT buy a car or anything at this company

Struggling to get the refundable deposit I paid back
I'm still waiting for my deposit after attending an auction that took place from the 8/8/19 to 10/8/19. When I call in I'm always told they I'll get my deposit the day I called but I feel like I'm being taken for a ride. Please be careful when attending auctions, make sure you pay your deposit using cash so that you can get your money back inmmediately once the auction is over whereas if you do an electronic payment you have to wait to recieve your deposit which might not even come.
