Beware Fraudulent Misrepresentation

Telephone Number ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>Beware GC-International whom I have found to be guilty of fraudulent misrepresentation.</p> <p> </p> <p>They tricked and deceived me into believing that I would get a solar energy installation as described in written sales orders presented to me dated 20/11/2016 for a discounted sum of R97 900 and a sales order dated 9/12/2016 for a discounted sum of R25 600.00 I was induced to conclude this transaction as I was mistaken in believing that adverts on Ontbytsake (http://www.ontbytsake.co.za/) would be for goods and services supplied by trustworthy suppliers.</p> <p> </p> <p>In summary, my requirements were assessed by their staff and they quoted, in wrinting, for the installation of 320 Watt Polycrystalline Solar Panels that would deliver 2,880 Watt, a MECER 5KW GCE-Powerbank and other necessitated accessories.</p> <p> </p> <p>They installed 265 Watt CanadianSolar panels and a 4 KW Powerbank.</p> <p> </p> <p>The result of the supply of an inferior system has been that the entire installation does not permit us, on my farm, to withdraw from the formal electrical supply grid and thus after significant expense we have not received what we paid for. I have given GC-International ample opportunity verbally and in writing to rectify their incorrect installation but to no avail.</p> <p> </p> <p>I now give notice that on Friday this week, 10 March 2017, I will lay criminal charges at the Swellendam Police Station for the criminal act of fraud that I can prove beyond any doubt whatsoever unless material steps are taken to rectify their skullduggery.</p> <p> </p> <p>Beware the following who knowingly supplied and installed under specification fittings and equipment:</p> <p> </p> <p>- Michael (Tel: ********** ) who installed 3 panels and 8 batteries.</p> <p>- Morgan O’ Callagnan (Tel: ********** ) who installed 12 panels, 8 batteries and an Inverter.</p> <p>- Pieter Nell (Tel: ********** ) and Francois Botha (Tel: ********** ) who completed the sales orders on the farm.</p> <p>- Percy van der Merwe ( Tel: ********** ) Sales Manager</p> <p>- Gert Botha (Tel: ********** ) who was paid against the expectation and fraudulent misrepresentation of fulfillment of the contractual obligations.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yours sincerely</p> <p> </p> <p>Tiaan de Wet</p> <p> ********** </p> **********
