New name and dodgy story
Hello everyone. I couldn't get hold of the company to do my 1st yearly maintenance, and after discovering that everything regarding the company had been removed or stopped on FB , websites , even google and telephone numbers , I drove to the store to check. To my shock there was still a jewelry store and the same people work there . But it has a new name... Kosta Jewellers . According to them the old owner disappeared back to italy and closed all the accounts and made off with money . I suspect that they ran an " exit scam". The people also told me that this is a new company and has no connection to GC manufacturing so all previous contracts like yeary maintenance are null and they do not do it any more . They also said the fact that the new name is "Kosta jewellers" is just coincidence to the fact that the previous owner's surname was Costa.... I am very wary of trusting the new Kosta jewellers because on their new website there is a statement saying that "Kosta Jewellers was launched in January 2020 as part of a rebrand of thediamondring.co.za" so I suspect that they are lying

I don’t usually leave reviews, but thediamondring.co.za is well deserving of one. After researching diamond rings for several months I reached out to GC Manufacturing Jewellery and spoke with Gaetano. He was amazing from beginning to end. He answered all my questions and eased all of my concerns. At first, I was concerned with spending so much on something I never physically saw. I truly stand behind this review, and for everyone out there perhaps feeling nervous about buying something so expensive and meaningful online; take it from me, you are in great hands and your expectations will be blown away. Thanks Gaetano Costa for helping me in all the ways you did. 🥰The ring is wonderful.

After researching diamond rings for several months I reached out to GC Manufacturing Jewellery and spoke with Gaetano. He was amazing from beginning to end. He answered all my questions and eased all of my concerns. At first, I was concerned with spending so much on something I never physically saw. I truly stand behind this review, and for everyone out there perhaps feeling nervous about buying something so expensive and meaningful online; take it from me, you are in great hands and your expectations will be blown away. Thanks Gaetano Costa for helping me in all the ways you did. 🥰The ring is wonderful.

My initial contact with GC Manufacturing Jewellery was through their website which I found incredibly informative and easy to navigate. I had absolutely no prior knowledge about diamonds and when meeting with Gaetano he was warm and encouraging through the entire process. He was always in constant contact with me during the process and was more than happy to answer any questions that I may have had. GC Manufacturing Jewellery made the daunting experience of finding an engagement ring easy and enjoyable. Not to mention, the ring was fantastic......and she said Yes! Thank you.

Very knowledgeable
Gaetano helped me choose a really good quality diamond for an engagement ring. I visited the factory a few times to discuss designs and stones and the staff were always very helpful. I found them very knowledgeable and had very good communication throughout the diamond quality and manufacturing stages. The final product was a really high quality ring and my partner loves it.
