Requests Customer Bank Details via e-Mail
They informed me that one of the items I had ordered was not available. Would I please e-mail my bank account details to them and they will refund me. How do they not know how I paid and what my bank details are from where I paid? Are they incapable of giving me a phone call or arranging a refund from the place that took my money in the first place?

I use GearHere too much cause they too good
I'd been under rock when Covid hit so late 2021 when I was researching what upgrade hardware I needed to budget for, I came across Gear Here and had never heard of them. I've been scammed before by online retailers so I took to the interwebs to see what I could find about them. Legit good reviews left by real people and pricing better than the well known online retailers... I took the leap of faith and ordered my upgrade kit, that was back in Feb 2022. I was really happy with the level of service and packaging and shipping. like HelloPeter needs to increase their trust factor in my opinion Since then my brother bought his RTX3080 in April and loved the service he got, I then purchased my RTX3080 in May, and you'll love this, they where prepared to replace the card due to the box having a slight crease on it. I'm a fussy guy - and so when my card arrived I took pics during my unboxing and noticed a crease on the box, my brothers card didn't have one and so I contacted Gear Here, and yes they where going to replace it if I really wanted, but I checked the card, it looked fine, and it bench tested better than my brothers identical card, but I digress. My nephew then got his upgrade kit in June through my brother and again, very happy. We've been purchasing from Gear Here consistently this year, and I've been around computer hardware long enough to know faulty DOA items are normally as a result of bad handling, storage and shipping and rarely due to an actual manufactory fault. The team there know how to handle their customers and the hardware. You should stop asking your local IT support guy who isn't a hardware supplier the price of computers, goto gearhere[.]co[.]za and check it out there.

I was honestly sceptical to purchase from gearhere as i have never heard of them. So to say what a relief when my graphics card arrived. I received VERY excellent service from Louise and i could recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be buying from them again soon. Their prices are unbeatable and the constant updates regarding my order was satisfying. Im surprised Louise kept her cool with me nagging about my order lol but she is great and always willing to assist Keep it up guys and all success to the future
