Poor service
I had a towbar fitted at Gearlocks 2000 in Kempton Park on 27 March. (Know it is a while back). I had it done through Haval Kempton Park. When I collected my car I picked up that there was at least 30 km driven with my car without my consent. I also found some chicken nuggets/nibbles in the holder in my door, meaning who ever drove with my car ate in my car.😡. Extremely disrespectful!!!!! I contacted Haval who arranged my car would be 'valet' as compensation by Gearlocks 2000. To date I haven't heard anything as to when I should take my car in.

Poor service
I had a towbar fitted at Gearlocks 2000 in Kempton Park on 27 March. (Know it is a while back). I had it done through Haval Kempton Park. When I collected my car I picked up that there was at least 30 km driven with my car without my consent. Please Read about Gearlock 2000
Please stay away from Gearlocks 2000. Big rip off. I payed R2500 for a starsound radio with installation and the trims for the radio. I went back twice for the areal and it still does not work. They charge me an extra R450 for it and when they cant fix it gave it back and just said sorry we can't help. I found out after that the radio is selling for R500 at Hi fi corporation. What a rip off. And now i have to pay some one to fix my areal, because i cant listen radio. Please stay away from gearlock 2000 in kempton park

Unacceptable service
What a bad service at gearlocks kemptonpark,firstly there is no parking it is a struggle you spend 10 minutes looking for one. Owner is always too busy to give you full attention,always speaking afrikaans. The reception lady took my number in December as I was looking for a quote for my bakkie she promised to give me a call till today I am still waiting.......

Wont be recommending Gearlocks 2000.
Gearlocks 2000 shocking installation of a standard Radio. First visit to install the radio half a job done. Second visit to ask them to complete the Job left with a radio that didn't work and blamed it on the fuze which they don't fix? Replaced the fuze Radio still not working this is not what we paid for. My suggestion don't use Gearlocks 2000 satisfaction will not be guaranteed.

<p>On 05-September-2016 I went to Gearlocks 2000cc in order for them to repair my anti-hijacking / alarm /central locking unit. The batteries in the remotes were flat and they needed to be resynced with the alarm. (My husband contacted FoxGuard and they confirmed that the remotes only need to be resynced) First they tried to tell me that the unit has been tampered with, I told them they are lieing because the car was parked in a garage the whole time, then they said the unit is faulty, but it is also a lie because I was still able to override the unit by doing the override procedure with the ignition and the anti-hijacking button. They just tried to sell me a new system at a cost of R2500. Upon arrival at them I was informed that the unit was removed, without my permission and they wanted to charge me R350 for doing it. I refused to pay them and they threatened to keep my car until I paid them. I could only pay R210 because that is the only money I have. Now my car is totally without a system. Please do not buy anything from these people !!!</p>
