Gem Auto - Silicone in Fuel tank

Joel Meyerson and Gem Auto broke the fuel tank lid, then used silicone to repair it, after telling me he replaced it. But bits of silicone fell into the fuel tank and caused fuel starvation and my vehicle cut out on the highway. Joel Meyerson has failed to compensate me for cleaning out silicone from the fuel tank. Be wary.
