Poor service

Poor service from Dawid and his team, is not willing to make right when downpipe was placed in wrong place. Won't take my calls and lies about sending team to sort out problem. When asked why team did not arrive, answer was oh I forgot. Don't touch with a barge pole. Very unprofessional service.P
