In January this year, I bought an Opel Corsa Ecoflex 1.0. It was a pre-owned car, so I couldn't get it's user manual. It was sitting at 45 000KM. After driving it for a month, it stopped but fortunately I was home so I called a mechanic to check it. He found out that injector seals were worn. I ordered them and it was fixed. I drove it for another month and 2 weeks, samething happened. I called GM but couldn't get a satisfactory response. I bought seals again, fixed it, and today when I was driving from town it stopped. Yesterday I called GM and spoke to Katiso about an on screen message that read, "Ice possible, drive with care", Katiso told me he didn't know anything like that. Also the second onscreen message was, "Change engine oil soon." I asked him how soon is soon, and he told me, "Soon means it can be tomorrow, it can be next week or can be next year." I cut the call. It was just a waste of my airtime. I called another mechanic whi explained to me that these cars are made overseas and if temperatures drop, they will be an on screen message alerting the driver that it can snow and they must just be careful as snow is dangerous. For the second message he told me it's just a warning and when it's nearing the time it will do a count down like 100km remaining, 85km remaining, 30km remaining and so on and so on. This made perfect sense. I'm still puzzled that you keep people that you do not train them on product knowledge that a backyard mechanic could be 100% better than you people. Im still sitting here with that problem. And what happens before it completely stops, it would spill all the fuel. Like the first time when this happened it was on fuel tank and spilled it on the ground and this backyard mechanic as you call them, was able to even warn me not to start the car as the plugs are closed placed near the injectors and raising the chances of the vehicle combusting. General Motors is no longer a trustworthy brand. They are ripping us off. How many times shall I buy these seals? I've been driving an Opel Corsa for more than 15 years now. My bakkie is kicking fresh and has never given me any hussles. I thought Ecoflex was more reliable and modern, but seemingly, you don't have business so you make money out of these seals. THIS IS A TOTAL RIPP OFF! I'm driving a BMW, I never had any issues with seals and injectors, I'm driving an Audi A4, UT has never given me any issues with seals and injectors. I bought this car since I travel weekly between Pretoria and Mthatha, it's very light in fuel consumption and fast, but this has made me to hate General Motors and anything that has to do with it. Hellopeter.com please assist. I'm torn apart. I can't be spending money after every 4weeks, no. I can't be driving in this car while not sure it's going to take me there safely. I'm a woman. This car is unreliable.

I saw advert on facebook, that looks real, phone the car dealer at General motors and ask all the nesseray questions, are they legal and that they have a registration number of the company and that he must send a copy of his id, so he send both for me to show me that the company is legit and his photo id so I have everything, made a deposit into the so claim business account to let me know that of I make the payment they will send the car on the day I made the payment, later on the dealer so called boss call me and said I have to make the rest of the amount then the car will be deliver the next day, each day they have an excuses that the car will be there, the next day, also they told me that the car its on his way, but then the truck that was deliver to me has broken down so they must get another truck to deliver, I wait till the evening and then the excuses come in that they damage the car that i bought, but I can get a new one bit then I must make made a new deal with another car, that i must just pay another amount in for the new car I choose the next they, and that they will send the new car, so when the deal is done, they told me the car is on his way it will be deliver the next day in the morning so the morning came and I didn't received the car, I ask on another phone that he doesn't know who is whatsapp him, and told me that the car is still available so my bf call him and ask how can you sold the car to someone else, but you told me that the car got damage when they loaded on to the other truck and then he said he never said something like that. And still waiting for my car, I paid a huge amount for a car I didn't received yet. So people beware I made the mistake I will never regret it and once again people are there to taking advantage it ot the little you have in live. I bought Isuzu KB 300LX LWBS/C 2005 Model on 2005-09-22 through Mpumalanga Parks Board Vehicle from the General Motors Isuzu. The vehicle details were VIN:ADMTF 77 S5C271696 and Engine Number:4JH1266221.The vehicle was delivered from Factory to Isuzu garage in White River:Mpumalanga. It was received by Mpumalanga Parks Board Transport Officer and handed over to me as it was ordered for me and i financed the vehicle through Wesbank. The vehicle had varoius stamps on receipt indicating that it was properly checked. As the vehicle was new in the market,i discovered after about three to four months while at service(Elda Delta Motors :Modimolle:Limpopo Province) that the vehicle does not have forklights and the electric wire hanging. The service manager logged a querry with General Motors:South Africa and they promised that they will send the foeklights and be fitted at Elda Delta Modimolle.Whilst waiting for the forklights(bumper) the electric windows opened started to open with difficulty. The same problem was reported again whislt going to the fifth or sixth service.Later the forklughta were send and fitted Elda Delta Motors:Modimolle. The Service Manager resigned at Elda Delta(Thyss Visser) and went to Australia. A new Branch Manager was also brought in at Elda Delta Motors and when enquiring about tge issue of fixing the electric windows and the loose cables underneath the vehicle ,the new Managers indicated that it was not their scopw and the vehicle was procurwd from the factory through a government scheme and all queries must be done there. I had that unresolved problem until the vehicle caught fire in May 2019.The vehicle was up to date with service and insured with Budget insurance.Budget Insurance appointed a fire specialist to investigate Mr Jan Botha 0834606000.Mr Botha did send me a questionare form which i completed and forwarded back to him. Mr Jan Botha made various discreet enquiries where i was serving the vehicle at Bela Bela and further to General Motors Sourh Africa(Isuzu). On enquiry about the outcomes of the ibvestigations,Mr Botha informed me that the fault is with General Motors South Africa and he did gave the report back to Budget Insurance. He further told me that i must request the report from Budget Insurance. Budget Insurance refused to furnish me with the report and paid me six thousand rands less. As i had no money to persue the matter legally,i had no option but to accept the laughable offer. These affected me ,my family and business negatively and i feel very much aggrieved by General Motors :South Africa about their product. It ia further critical to note that Mr Botha indicated that General Motors South Africa acknowledged that, those similar vehicles were produced to the market with electric faults and most were burning. Most similar bakkie caught fire around my area of Siyabuswa Mpumalanga and Nelspruit area in Mpumalanga where i was working. I request Hellopeter to assist me to recover my loss from General Motors South Africa
