Don’t recommend

If I had a chance I won’t give this store a star. I purchased a Genesis Mega Steam Iron and this iron have given be problems after problems all I wanted was a new iron since they don’t refund which is fine. But this repairing of the iron isn’t working and now my guarantee is about finish. Why can’t they give me a new iron that’s my question. Now they returned the iron with parts falling out. At the end of the day it will seem like I broke it.
