Poor Service received

On the 17-02-2026 I have phone George Rennie & Co for viewing on a Propery that I have saw on Property24, Ther Perone has said that the Property is restriced for viewing as the tendent is giving them trouble. 3 Times was viewing cancelled and I have ask if we can sent the application in that we can get approved solong. On Monday 23-02-2026 application was sent and battle to get hold of George Rennie Co. Finaly when the person answere she was very rude over the phone. Up on today I am still waiting for an answere if we are approved for viewing and still nothing I thing this is really poor service. I have in the mean time look at an other property and in 3 days I am approved and moving in on 01-04-2026.
