Crooked operations at Georgiou!!!

The experience with getting your deposit back from them is horrible, it is like trying to extract a tooth which has a swollen gum. We rented a car from them over a month ago and it was returned two days later, fully functional and in the same condition as received. Usually with other car rental companies the money you paid for the deposit, which in this case was R3000, gets refunded within a week. After a week passed we reached out to them and they confirmed that all was good with the car but they were awaiting on a traffic report. To this day as I am typing here, we are yet to see that deposit. We've gone to them countless times on promises to wait a few days but still nothing. I believe that they do this to a number of their clients and get away with it.
