Don,t ever buy your car here

Good day to all. We reside in Bethlehem (FS) and my partner was looking all over for a Ford Eco Sport. She found what looked like a good buy at Geraldine,s Auto in Welkom and spoke to them over the phone and through messages. They sent her photo,s and she asked if the vehicle has any accident damage. They rep**** via whatssapp that there was no accident damage. She was asked to pay a R1000.00 deposit as proof that she was serious about the car. I payed the money on her behalf and we drove to Welkom on that Saturday. When we arrived there, you could notice immediately that the car was in an accident and was very poorly repaired. We therefore told them that we could not take such a poor- quality car. We asked for our deposit back, but were told that they could not, as they kept the car for us and could have sold it to some other person.
