Bad service, faulty gearbox
Very bad experience and customer service, bad attitude and rude sales agent We bought a faulty gearbox amounting to R18 500 and when we report it we are told that no refund because of T&C The gearbox never worked, had error messages when programmed and the agent refuse to refer us to the manager I would not recommend anyone to them, their are bad and rob people Never go there people you will regret

Incredible customer service

Broken parts and no refunds
I bought a part from them that on delivery was broken. They picked up the part the following day again promising me a refund. Andre the gentleman I was dealing with stated that they bank with fnb and the money will reflect the same day. This was a week ago. I have subsequently followed up daily to be told i they will follow up and immediately get back to me. 5 days in a row now the exact same empty promises and still not refunded

I bought a part from them that on delivery was broken. They picked up the part the following day again promising me a refund. German Part Specialist Pretoria - Stay away !!!
I bought a complete CDL engine from them only to find that they are indeed selling s****. The timing cover was cracked and inside the timing chain and tension were broken. I immediately returned the engine because the chances were it had bent valves. They took the engine back and said they would have it repaired. Once it was repaired they had it delivered to me and I had it installed by an RMI approved workshop. 2 weeks later the engine failed. I got in touch with Ian the salesman and his manager and notified them of this. They said they can’t help because the guarantee had lapsed. I even went on to prove to them that the engine they sold me was a lemon, sent photos of the internal damage which was evident that it wasn’t recent damage. I definitely won’t be using them in the near future. Anything for a quick buck.
