german spares is the worst pathetic bunch, they're employees and managers even rate their own workplace
i do not know how these people is still in business!!!! i am far away from them asking them for good parts that i can use with minimum machining, namely i do not want to resleeve the block or possibly rebore the sleeves, same with the crankshaft i do not want to regrind the shaft, i need a standard block i can work with and they agreed, first one was shown to me with a broken piston very clear to the eye then the salesman said he did not see that, to my deepest dissapointment the price they gave me R9200 for the sub assembly was a lot fo money so i took a chance and asked for a little discount then they brought the price down to R7475, i regret this as it seems with future arguments they throw this discount in front of me like in telling me you wanted the discount so we are going to send you s**** which is unusable exactly the opposite i asked for... so he showed me another one and i again asked him i do not want to do major machining on the block i need a good part and he should send me close up clear images of all sides, which he didn't do, and did not notice me of any flaws on the sub assembly, so when the first part came, i could not even get the oil sump off to check the condition of the crankshaft, and the oil sump had a big weld repair job done by the previous owner and also had a lug welded onto the block also by the previous owner to mount the alternator as the original lug broke off on the lug and was welded back skew, so i showed and asked them about this and send it back, then i got showed another and again i asked for images of every side of the block and to state the condition once again reminding them i want a good standard block, i again arranged my own courier to do delivery and when it came i took it to the machine after taking it apart, i saw lots of pitting marks on the crankshaft and the machine shop confirmed one sleeve needed to get resleeved, i then contacted the salesman telling him of the s**** parts he sende me everytime, only then when talking to the manager they startt o inform me about the used parts there is no for certain good parts i was asking for, only now did they continiously throw that as an excuse instead of telling me this before hand for payment, its been a month and a week now and none of the staff are allowed to talk to me or help me with other parts even after i contacted them as the person who handles my issue only called me once in 3 weels after i made arpund a dozen calls asking to talk to the manager who handles my case with no calling me back or nothing, the one day i got fed up and called again and later on that day i called again then i was told she is on leave for 3 weeks and nobody is going to help me for the time being, this is the worst company i hav ever dealt with and with some experience in tha past but not buying the same customer services gets practiced by their other branches too, my issue is with the german spares moot branch and the manager handling my case is from the german spares west branch, the staff there is just as pathetic, there is not enough words how pathetic incompetnet they are!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND IT SEEMS THEY JUST ROBBED ME OFF MY R7475, ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THIS RATING

worst service in the whole country
this is the utmost indescripable worst company i have ever dealt with, imcompetency galore, long story short i bought a sub assembly 2 weeks ago, i ask abruptly send me something i don't have to rebore on the block and i don't want to grind on the crank i need it just with a hone and polish as best as they can send me, first one came and it was a s**** which had to be rebored, and on the sun assemble bracket for the alternator a new fitting was welded on by someone to replaced the existing one which was broken then tried to weld it back with no success, send it back after a argument on giving what i asked and paid for, so the second one came and it was also s****, had to get rebored and the crank had cracks and pitting on it and they send back the sump with a huge gape which was repaired with welding which they send the first time so i refused to take it, and 1 piston broke during the courier session because they just taped it to the side outside the assembly instead of putting it into the sleeve by removing the worn rings or put it in a box or just give it extra bubble wrap, so noe this s**** assembly has to go back anf they refuse to refund me, i have to send it back and they want to send a third assembly???!!!!

Sick selfish place stay far away
I am livid with this place. And i will be prioceeding with loss of income againts this place. My husband struggled for years to get a job and a week ago he started at a new job and it was a good job and thats the day our engine seized so i phoned this place to query a secondhand engine so my husband went to then to purchase a engine, he told them a suzuki li alto but they gave him a Celerio and it was a beautifull engine with extras only have 20000km on the clock and was any sales mans or womens dreams to present this item to their client., but the fact of the matter it was the wrong engine. BSo the next day they returned the engine and asked a refund so Natasha pointed to the big sighn that they dont do refunds and gave us a rngine thats old ungly dirty and ****ing oil everywhere, she is well aware my husband job is on the line we Asked several times for oyr refund but shr just dont care she dont wants to loose her commission because thats mos the right thing forr her to do and that is to want to send tge emgine to their shop mechanics and that it may take 14days to fix so guess what my husband lost the job and I really hope you sleep beter at night. This place should be banned from ever running a business and natasha should never deserve a salari in her life because she the reason that we will be homeless soon with my mother which is disabled

Theft of customers money
We contacted German Spares Moot on the 8/2/2019 for parts, was looking for extra parts. Which I was told that they will look for and find out the prices of the parts. On the 11/02/2019 gave through prices, we made the payment and sent through proof of payment. Parts would have been here on the 12/02/2019 told me we will receive parts on the 13/02/2019, we received it befor 18:00. The one item was correct but the other parts completely wrong. Contacted them on the 14/02/2019 telling them the parts are wrong, say they would look for the correct parts. 16/02/2019 say they are still waiti g for prices. On the 21/02/2019 I asked to be refunded for tge parts, told me they can only resupply me, and that tge mistake is on their side (Apprentice got the wrong parts) and also on their invoice it states that any wrong parts beed to be reported within 48 hours and will be refunded. Well we contacted them with in one day, still no refund and still the wrong parts. Everyday they tell us they are waiting for head office.
