The service i received was pathetic. I requested a part last week Friday and received a message on Monday asking me what i wanted after i already put in the details on the website of what i needed. (i rep**** again of what i needed) Someone eventually contacted me yesterday via whatdapp (Tuesday) telling me they are checking for the part and no further feedback received and today (Wednesday) i received message asking me if im still interested... really 1 message a day and no further communication is very poor service... Pathetic company and customer service .... probably dont even mind a 1 star review coz at least they get a star right...

this branch also the worst most pathetic compnay in the world, i had an issue of their moot branch sending me parts which can be s****ped, now their one manager is handling my issue to refund me, in 32 to 3 weeks she has only once called me and nothing their after untill i called back getting to talk to mellissa asking for a refund as i am getting no service here, now all of a sudden after excuses she is on leave for 3 weeks and i have to wait, they have their s**** back and still sit with my money

Last month i send my gear level in for a recon by this company,It costed me R5100 to fix with new cables,My bakkie was by the mechanic and auto electrition for some repairs,I eventually got my bakkie back and been driving if for 2 weeks,Last week wednesday i drove and i did not have gears on my bakkie the lever is very loose,Went back to the mechanic and he look and found the same problem occured again,i contacted the company to informed them about what has happend,Jackie told me shewill get back to me redarding the matter,she then whatsapp me telling me i abused the lever thats y it broke,i mean really plastic that hard,and now all off a sudden their is no gurantee on recon parts,but invoice does not indicate anything about,i called in and spoke to a guy by the name of steven or steve in which he tol me i must speak to their manager,i must call the next day to speak to her,I must call them no concern to take my details and call me,its a week later nobody calls or any communication from them.Now i had make plan to get it fixed so that i can sell my bakkie,but how do i sell it like that, This company does not care about customers only their money,DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL.

On the 18th December 2019 I bought an alternator for LE9 engine. When I got home I noticed that the fitting brackets were not the same. I took pictures of the broken alternator and sent them to Jacky the sales person and notified her on the 19th December 2019 that I am on my way to return the part. I asked her to look for the correct part for me when I arrived at their auto Spares. Unfortunately they couldn't get the correct part that I was looking for and she asked to complete a refund form and provide them with my banking details. I was told that it will take 3 days for the refund to reflect in my bank account. Three days passed and I followed up with them and I was told they are working on it. Todate I haven't received my refund. This is a very bad customer service that I have ever come across in my entire life especially in an automotive industry.
