Spca bad bad bad. Rip Maddy

While waiting for someone to do a house check to adopt his dog back Maddy passed away. He should have been home in a warm bed. Not in a cage with no roof. Rip Maddy 15 years you were a part of a family, until some idiot took you to germiston spca and they wouldn't let you come home. I am totally discussed with the way the spca handled this situation. It seems they don't have enough animas or is this just a money thing.
