Getaroom.com sucks

Good Day Please do not use this website for hotel reservations. Some of the consultants are not very polite. To make a reservation is quick and easy, but to make any changes to a booking is like pulling teeth. It takes multiple phone calls, (as they don't reply to emails), before a request is FINALLY confirmed. This is the first and last time I used them. Unfortunately, they have lost my vote.
