Gustav Hoekstra is a piece of ****!!

This man should be locked up and the keys thrown away? Gustav Hoekstra gained entry to our site as he was already ‘working’ in the estate and gave a fair quotation with a book full of photographs as references. We paid a R44000 deposit in March 2018 for doors, front door and skirtings. After 8 weeks when installation was due the excuses started. Unfortunately we trusted the judgement of the project manager and only too late searched for Gustav Hoekstra on the internet. To my horror I discovered that he has defrauded many other people. After many threats he installed R20000 worth of material only to start the excuses again. We discovered that his MO is to use the deposit of unsuspecting victims to pay wages and possible complete previous jobs. He has considerably delayed our project which is costing a lot of money in rent and fines and we have barred access to our site and still demand a refund of the money owed. Whatever you do avoid this man like the plague.
