Shocking Attitude by Night Staff & Director
Ghost Security works for my estate in Pineslopes. I cannot begin to express my anger at the way this company operates when there is a real issue at hand. Ghost had a fantastic run for around 4 years in this estate, which was mostly while I was not living at the estate. 1 year into my rental issues started with break in's. This is south africa, and we are near xmas season however the way Ghost handles the issues is beyond disgusting. 1 - Response time is amazing, however staff is aloof. Uninterested and blow off the call out as just a noisy neighbor without pushing for the grounds to be searched. 2 - Night staff have No flashlights 3 - Night staff Encourage the tenant [myself] to meet with the noisy neighbor to see that it was just a false alarm [evidence found that it was not a false alarm] 4 - Director doesn't come out when called after stating in a complex meeting that he would personally handle any issue that is reported. 5 -Told that because the electric fence didn't activate it isn't a breech and therefore not an issue [again we have evidence of an attempted breakin] A possible tenant in the complex breaking into your unit isn't a cause for concern at all. This is just shocking. SHOCKING.

Excellent Response from Armed Response Ghost Squad
I would like to compliment your company on responding after my domestic worker pressed the panic button today. Ghost squad called me on my cellphone immediately after a signal was received. I was unable to take the call but Ghost Squad nevertheless responded and had a response vehicle at my door within 3 minutes.<br> <br> I have been using another international company armed response and they would usually respond in 12 minutes minimum. I recently switched over to Ghost Squad and I am most impressed with your service. I would like to compliment you on a few items:<br> 1. I love the GSM transmitter you supplied free of charge - this enables you to advise me which room/electric fence/garden sensor in my house has triggered the alarm. <br> 2. Your monthly subscription is one of the cheapest and you have over 15 high speed vehicles in my suburb<br> 3. Your reaction officers park infront of my gate and dont mind looking on my roof for intruders as opposed to your competition<br> 4. You provided me with the cellphone numbers of your directors and I can call them as well <br> 5. You keep me updated via SMS<br> <br> In short, thank you for a great service and for looking after my family.<br>
