Gift in a Box and Erica have raised the standards for customer service and quality products!
I would like to use this platform to express what an absolute pleasure it has been to work with Gift in a Box and Erica Bowe. The service has been absolutely fantastic and Erica has a wonderful talent of putting all your ideas and the information you give herinto the most amazing quality gift boxes that really has a personal touch! Honestly, not to bad-mouth any other company, but I would rather suggest that everyone who wants a personalized gift that actually means something created (according to your budget) then Gift in a Box is the way to go. I'm supremely impressed at the excellent customer service, the speedy delivery, and the absolute high class gift boxes one would ever receive! Thank you Erica and Gift in a box! Mickey Mouse business that relies on delivery couriers
No communication at all from the moment my payment went through..nobody answers phone calls or emails..seems to be run by one woman who has no clue what customer service is,very bad attitude and drops calls on you if u seek to call her..Isabella I will not bring my business to you and soon others will realize what a joke Gift In a box south Africa is!!
