FANTASTIC SERVICE!
Fantastic service from Giga Appliance Service! They fixed our dishwasher quickly and professionally and the service was friendly, affordable, and hassle free. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Highly recommend
Giga Appliance Services did an outstanding job repairing our fridge. They were punctual, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous throughout the process. The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them for any appliance repair needs!

Giga Appliance Services did an outstanding job repairing our fridge. They were punctual, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous throughout the process. The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them for any appliance repair needs!

Bad service on washing machine
Good day PLEASE DO NOT USE we contacted Giga Appliance Services to re-pear owe washing machine. they sed it is the motor and needs to be replaced and then he will service the machine, but first we have to pay R2500.00 deposit and the total bill was R3000.00. 5 days later the man come and worked on the machine, they left and the machine was still not working. i called them that afternoon and the man told me it is impossible that the machine are not working. he came back the next day and fiddled in the machine and still nothing. He offered to collect the machine and i have to wait for 3 to 5 days to get it back. I asked for a refund because it seems like they do not know what they are donning, after any services and motor replacement any thing should work. then he got an attitude and refuse the Finnish the job that i paid for. and i am still waiting for my refund. Giga Appliance services are standing at the robot's in PTA and handing out flyers please do not support then they only take your money and do not fix anything . I have not had sage bad service in my live. so so disappointing.

Great Service!
Great service! I have an 10 year old Samsung washing machine that was not working anymore so I was planning to buy a new one until I received a pamphlet from Giga. I decided to give them a try and luckily they were close to my area and only charged me a R250 call-out fee. They arrived exactly on the time that we arranged on and when they inspected the machine they finally found the problem which was the pump. They charged me a reasonable price to replace it in which they did in only 3 working days and now my washing machine is working like a bomb. I highly recommend this service for anyone who has a problem with their appliances!

STAY AWAY FROM GIGA APPLIANCES IN PRETORIA EAST
August 2023 Moreleta Park Pretoria - Paid over R7000 to Boban (Bole) from Giga Appliances for "Gate and DB repairs", but didn't do the job paid for. Said he will refund in two payments, no payment has been made to date. Ignores calls, messages, etc. DO NOT MAKE USE OF GIGA APPLIANCES.

Money taken for products not provided
Giga Appliance services has taken my money. They did partial work and scope was much larger than what was delivered. I have pre-paid them for a Circuit breaker, 3 CBI earth leakages, Distribution box and a surge protector. Paid them an amount and paid R4410 for what was not delivered/provided. They said that they cannot proceed to do the work and said that they would pay the money back. They have **** to me countless times about why they cannot do the work and have made no attempt to pay me back even though we suggested payment milestones. They have blocked me on Whatsapp when I respectfully asked them when I can expect the money to be repaid, they also do not answer my phone calls. I would say to anyone considering to use them to think twice before paying any money to them in advance.
