Worst Dealership

Never will I recommend someone to this **** company who don't put their customers first. I purchased a vehicle Renault Kiger AMT last year 31 May 2023 worst part they sold me a car which was not roadworthy but still they made it pass this ******.I only realised that the car was at fault the moment I got into it from the start.As I'm a woman and it was my first car I noticed a lot of faulty some of them they were new to me and I ddint have much experience on the vehicle. I reported the car and returned it. Worst part they ddint want to accept and told me I have to fix the car my self since it's still a new car and they don't have a gear box specialist at their services workshop.i found a gearbox specialist near Pretoria and my car was taken there from August till today it's been a hell 8 months no car with me.the don't even Wana pay for the fixing they blame the matter to warranty people not themselves. I don't have a car at the moment what is painful Im still paying for the installment without even using the car. They don't care to a point that you have to always follow up with them every time will be a new story. I'm taking this matter to ombudsman.im really tired and frustrated of the treatment I have been received by them. I had a very bad service with them even now I'm fighting with them the owner doesn't care at all they don't even bother giving me a courtesy car while they are fixing the car so ungrateful. It's so sad to have bought a car and U ddint even get a chance to drive it for a while then U pay more costs on it . What I feel right now is empty.i don't even feel like owning a car anymore in my life I really had a very painful bad service with this company. Please take your damaged car with you and cancel my contract. I had enough with you guys. You take people for granted.
