Lawn seeds are not grass

We decided to buy Bigbag lawn seeds in September 2017. We prepared our soil properly, planted and watered religiously as per the instructions. However we saw ****s and 'veld type' grass coming up as opposed to lawn grass. We eventually bought a total of 6 bags hoping that the empty spots will fill up with grass but to no avail. I have sent numerous emails with photographs, and have called 3 times but there has been no response. I expect a refund as I consider this a scam. We have since replaced all the **** or 'grass with standard kikuyu sheets which turned out to be a much faster and cheaper option, and it looks great. Beware of these seed bags, they are ****s.
