Illegal unauthorized debit order

I had a make over at Glam 5 Cape Town in 2012 . All monies owed to them was paid up in full but on 01 Dec 2015 an illegal unauthorised debit order went off from my account . I tried to phone them but failed at that as the numbers that I have does not exist and their new numbers are not listed. <br> <br> I also found out that there are more people who fell victim to this . <br> <br> I would like my money to be refunded and my details erased from their database before they get into real big trouble .
