Terrible Rude and Unprofessional bullies in Dis-chem Glen Marais

I had the worst experience yesterday at this Dis-chem branch terrible and very unprofessional. I bought a pack of Forest Mix 100g priced R9.95 at the till for payment it was double the price. The cashier called the supervisor Dimakatso never have I Seen someone so rude, screaming no listening skills. She shouted at it me that she has a right as I asked what the rule says on wrong packaging as she says it’s another customer mistake and I must pay for that. Dimakatso was screaming and created a very unwelcoming environment including the cashier asked her why she is just throwing tantrum without solving the problem. I stood and just waited because I knew the packaging rule. 10 min later Dimakatso came with Ronnel Lamprecht who was even rude as I spoke she never listen, went to take a photo from a shelve bullying me Look at the photo! With a militant attitude the tone higher than her counterpart. I felt how much they lack customer care as they were drawing attention as other customers watched at the horror movie. The two scream at me saying a customer does put things wrongly in isles . I am also a customer I will not pay another customer mistake as they say. I was humiliated disrespected by these 2 women and strangely this is a branch 10 min away from my place I comer regularly. Does it mean the service I got all the time was just a curtain. These women were street wise bullies, cahiers kept commenting in the background how rude and unprofessional they are. They went to the manager and came back worse telling the cashier to give the right price because the manager said so. Ronnel and Dimakatso are indeed good in expressing how much they do not love their job and incompetent for front line management
