they promised to make my son's costume exactly as i sent them to be,turns out to a disaster and if i complain they telling me it's look almost the same which is not true.and they dont deliver in time.now am asking for a refund and they refused,telling me to send it back so they can fix it.how possibly is that because they took almost a month to do it and now i have 5days to my son's birthday party.am really disappointed and ****ed off ,cause i should have other options if they didn't promised to deliver,now i wasted my time and of course my R750 for nothing.now i have to look around for other outfit.

I purchased my whole house blinds from them, and now that the warranty is over they are saying I need to replace the material of blind without even coming out to view. Its socking how you can make that assessment when all that is needs is to just retape the top of the blind that has come loose. Please do not use this company!

I was quite happy with the consultation and the process of ordering the blinds. However, once you pay up and the blinds are installed. The company Glitz & Glamour/ Signature Blinds could not care less. The main issue is the use of sub-standard installers who used old parts to install the blinds and who also installed the brackets for the blinds terribly. I tried calling all numbers and emailed several of the email addresses to escalate the issue, there is no response, zero customer care service. Would strongly recommend to not go with the company which is currently based in Lifestyle on the West Rand. I regret it, sure there are better professional options.

Warning all customers that consider interacting with Glitz and Glamour. I order my blinds on 8th September and was told they would be installed within 2 weeks. After having to continuously follow up myself, the installation was eventually done on Friday 25th September. The installer was rude and argumentative and I had to phone the own of Glitz and Glamour to complain. I realised also that the blinds were incorrectly assembled. I was promised that this would be sorted out the same day by the owner. The owner went AWOL by end of Friday. Saturday the rude installers pitched up unannounced and again was rude and argumentative. The owner finally fetched the blinds on Monday 28th September to have a small change done due to incorrect manufacturing. It is now 2 weeks later and no one know who I am, where my stuff is despite having asked when the blinds will be delivered. There is ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE provided, no followup, no accountability but as they have payment in full as per their T&Cs, they do no give a flying *&^% anymore. I will now lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman and take further legal action as Glitz and Glamour have not delivered based on the signed quotation. Please share far and wide to avoid being duped by this company. I will also be logging this on Hello Peter and other social media to ensure that no one had to deal with this unprofessional behaviour.

Good Day. I am happy to report that, we have since spent a lot of time and money upgrading our internal systems as well as hired and trained more qualified, s****ed staff. Since this implementation in December 2018 I am happy to report that we have had no complaints or issues for 2018 and we will repeat this achievement for 2019.

I went to Glitz&Glamour in October to select the blinds I needed. On the 1Nov, the owner came to my place to take final measurements in which I was told the blinds will be delivered 10 working days. I was told to secure 50% deposit immediately. Which I did on same day I was told to pay. 10 working days passed still no blinds and no message from Glitz. I then made a follow up on the 16 Nov and was told it takes 14 working days. I then went back to the their shop on the 18 Nov to enquire why blinds are taking long. I was told 14 working days has not expired. I have made several follow up on the phone , the owner was rude Or the phone hanged up. On the 22 Nov I made another follow up, I was told the blinds will arrive on the 23Nov and that I should pay the balance. The balance was paid on same day the 22Nov & proof of payment was send to them immediately. The following day the 23 +24 I followed up again and I was told the money has not reflected in thei account yet . On the 25 I called the store spoke to Fahima who claimed they still have not received the money and she told me that they can’t install the blinds unless the money reflects. I then demanded proof that money has not reflected in their account and again they hanged the phone down. I went to the shop again and asked to see proof that they did not receive the money, she insisted she did not. She then told me I should have ordered the blinds early and I should have paid early. That they have other customers to take care of before me. She then showed me a waiting list that clearly shows they received the funds from me on the 24. At this time it was no longer about the money they lied they did not receive , i was told I should have ordered blinds early yet I was given a turnaround time from the shop and I followed up based on their time schedule they provided. Later on the 25 the store owner calls me, harassed and insulted me. He even put it on sms that I’m a piece of ****. For now I want nothing but need my money back in full. I have not received the goods and services I was promised but instead I have faced trauma and insults from the store owner and his wife Fahima
