Failed to Deliver ( Fraud or Legit )

We saw an ad on Facebook claiming to offer loans from R100 000 to R4 000 000, me & my husband contacted them on their WhatsApp as it was in their ad applied for a loan of R4 000 000 then they said I must deposit R4000 in order to get the loan which I did because I needed the loan but I ended up paying R3000 on top of the R4000 but I never received the loan as promised.....
