Global Jet Clearance ****
****. If you have been contacted by David Hamilton from Global Jet Clearance regarding a massive outstanding amount of money and you have paid them, then you have been ****med. Having dug a little deeper online I have seen that this "Company" is part of lager **** syndicate dealing with puppies and golf carts. Piramex Golf Carts is one example and you should in no ways pay for any services with either Piramex or Global Clearance. The **** with Piramex relates to Golf Cart sales, once you have paid for the cart and request delivery you are told you will be contacted by the courier to arrange for delivery. On the day of delivery you receive a mail from David Hamilton, "Managing Director" of Global Jet Clearance. The email states that in order to facilitate the delivery you must pay a refundable amount to an account before delivery will take place. Below is the email for reference: Dear Valued Client, Your Golf Cart delivery has been placed on hold due to the New South African Automotive Industry Code of Conduct accredited by the Department of Trade and Industry Notice 817, G No. 38107(3). We conciliate bringing about finality in accordance to good customer relations, good engineering practice and law due to the risk associated with the transportation of ****** and ******* Golf Carts. You have to make a Refundable R 24,999 CPA clearance payment so that a profile can be created . This will grant a Legal control permit for you to be cleared and fully refunded once the Golf Cart is delivered. Please be informed that failure or refusal to make this payment might constitute ******** conduct if the Golf Cart is ****** or ******* as accredited in terms of section 108(1) of the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 (CPA). The R 24,999 will be refunded to you immediately upon delivery. Please be informed that we can only proceed with delivery once we receive the payment. Bank: Tyme Bank Account Name: Sha Jett Account Number: 51127649659 Branch Code: 678910 Reference: 031ZA To avoid delays, kindly make an immediate payment (EFT clearance) if using a bank other than Tyme Bank . Poor business practice and de*****ing customers
****ming people dishonest business practice. They sent me an invoice with the specified amount for the part and the shipping which was paid in full as agreed upon, then once payment was made the dodging and excuses started, they apparently booked the part with a courier company called Global Jet Clearance who went on to email us requesting us to pay what they say is a refundable amount of R8999. 00 for what they called CPA INSURANCE CLEARANCE so that a profile can be created to declare that I'm not buying a ****** or ******* gearbox, this struck me as odd as I have on numerous occasions purchased parts online through various companies and have never once heard of this requirement, I went on to contact Faps auto and query this at which point they insisted that I pay the amount as it is a requirement, I said to them if that's the case and it's refundable then it is their responsibility to cover it as I was at no point made aware of this requirement in the entire time I was cldealimg with them, when I called Global Jet the person I spoke to just hung up on me which created even more doubt and gave me the sense I was being ****med. I requested a fefund and stated if they not prepared to cover those fees so that my part can be delivered which I have already paid for with shipping included then they are cancel to sale and refund me which they then refused to do and came with a host of other excuses, i stated that I will open a case with the police against them and they did not care about either and said if the police come there they'll just explain it away, their so called 30 years in business as stated on their website means nothing as they cannot deliver a basic service as advertised, Global Jet Clearance is also pushing that it is my responsibility to pay for this as it was no covered by the seller, all I want is my money refunded to me so that I can take my business elsewhere to a reputable company that I have delt with previously which I can trust, nobody should do business with Faps auto as they are dishonest, and steer clear of Global Jet Clearance as well, these two companies are seemingly working together to de***** people of their hard earned money. I'll be proceeding with legal action against them until this matter is resolved and I'll be sure to make their poor business practice known as far and wide as possible.
