Global Marketing who in their recruitment ads says that their business is expanding rapidly and how they have uncapped commission is bull-dust!They employees who have worked an entire month of December closing only on the 23rd working early hours of the morning(11pm-8am) have still not got paid. It was initially said that the UK Based Owner Mark Broadstock would only release funds on the 31st December, unhappy about spending Christmas without a salary, employees agreed at least they'd have a good New year, However to date these employees have still not been paid with excuses like funds are waiting to be cleared and forex is holding up.The company who supposed to have return to work on the 4th of January is closed.The South African partner Justin says he is trying is best but is best good enough when people have responsibilities.Some employees are renting and have landlords on their heads,some have kids who return back to school.Is this our UK based call centres are now operating in South Africa.
