Car sales deal
I bought a car from them on 8 March 2023 and then paid the deposit..i was informed i had to pay extra amounts every day but no car was delivered on 11 march as promised nor today as promised. This company scams people out of their money..i have also complained to the ombudsman and asked advice from my lawyer...

I was interested in a car from Global Motors which i then paid a deposit and then was told i had to pay an extra amount (more than 50%) to enable them to bring the car from the auction warehouse...they told me i can view it at their offices and then came with the story it will delivered to my address in nigel where i no longer reside at present...i cancelled the deal yesterday and the salesman promised for a refund today.. i cancelled because i need to see the car and test drive it..and then decided to keep my old car.. now they refuse to refund me because its not a valid reason...i don't recommend them to anyone.

SCAMMERS - GLOBAL MOTORS AUCTIONEERS
I saw a repossessed vehicle on their website and the salesman, Goodman, asked if I want to buy it before auction, which I confirmed. He explained that a 30% release payment for ABSA will need to be paid in order to take possession. They sent an invoice, tax clearance certificate and company profile. It had 2 RMB Accounts which I could use to make payment. I made payment only to be told that the account is on hold and that I should please make another payment into the other account. I didn't want to at first but they convinced me that the payment will be deducted from the selling price and that the balance can be paid on delivery. As the truck was about to leave with the car, John Mahlangu contacted me and said that the remaining balance need to be paid in order to get the car.. which wasn't the agreement. Apparently the truck was 30 Min from me with my car but still didn't want to deliver until payment was made in full. Global Motors Auctioneers are scammers. Don't EVER buy from them.

Scam and racism
Eish I am so disappointed with sp called global motor administrator's I made a claim with them regarding my tyres but they send me pillar to post for 2 years.one of the guys I spoked to was paul Henshaw Dann and he pretended to help me but until now.I replaced the tyres from my pockets and they told me to send the my invoices for them to refund me but no.My advice to everyone do not sign any deal that come with global motor they are a scam and racist.I know why they did this , because I am black !

Bad Service
My husband had a tyre blow out one minute they say they will pay then after 6 weeks of hassling them they say they cant pay! I have being paying this insurance waiver for 3 years with no policy at all.

Global Motor Administrators Fraudulent. Refusing to pay valid claims.
This company is a fraudulent company. They are more than happy to sell you a contract, however when the time comes for them to pay they refuse to do so. Even if there are no valid reason for them not to. I sent my car in for a repair and the bill came back as R28000, the claim for this amount was sent to them. The plan I was on should cover up to R35500 for a repair like this, however they only paid R3500, while my contract clearly states all the amount to be covered. Do not use this company at all for car repair warranty. They are fraudulent.
