I am so disgusted by the service delivery of this company where they make empty promises as so to take your money

I am so disgusted by the service delivery of this company where they make empty promises as so to take your money. At this point in time I just want my money back as they don't even respond anymore but I was told the process will take 21 days but it's almost 5 months with nothing being done. All they do is to keep quiet.
