Bad service

Week ago the had to bring 1 small parcel Paid in insurance Then my problems started - they don’t answer there phones don’t answer there email- only when you have to make payment After 4 week no parcel and they just demand more money Total $450 paid to them for $100 product - no delivery They are not a shipping company but thieves!!!!
