Not answering

Good day. I've sended money to this Global trading Business. I've been struggling now for days to get my money back. They not answering me at all. And I've sended a lot of money I need my money back today. I don't know what to do. They have sended me the managers number but he's also not answering and not sending my money back. I really need my money back. They said only R500 and then again R2000 and then R500 and I've ended up paying R10k to get my profit. They said I need to pay again R2500 then my profit will be paid out. I need my money back today please help me.
